4. Maintenance Guide & Useful Tips
 1) Latches

When opening & closing the latches, make sure to align the latches & juicer cover perfectly and open/close both side latches simultaneously. If the latches are not perfectly closed, it can cause damage to your juicers cover and cause abnormal vibrations. The latches are the best selling juicer parts in our shop, which lets us know these parts are easily damaged if not operating correctly.

 2) Pushers

The pushers are the 2nd best selling juicer part. This is a durable plastic piece but it can be broken if this is used with high pressure and moreover, the pusher can damage the blade if hard vegetables & fruits are being pushed down into the blade too hard or roughly. The pusher should be used to guide down the feed hole, not forced down to push your produce in faster. See this video for reference.

 3) Water Damage

The base of your juicer which houses the motor is not completely waterproof. Make sure not to spray the base and power cord with water and just clean the base and body of your juicer with a damp cloth or sponge.

 4) Basket

The basket is engineered to produce the finest juice possible, therefore maintaining it in good condition is very important. The basket is constructed with very fine stainless steel, so  try not to touch or hit the basket with the wrench, the bottom of the cover, pusher or any other metal or hard object to avoid a dent when  disassembling /assembling the juicer. And, make sure to clean the basket completely because any residue of fruit/vegetable pulp can get dried up and stuck which can cause hard vibrations during use.

 5) Blade Cutter

This 16 blade cutter plate needs to be resharpened (or replaced if needed) periodically to produce the best juice. If the cutter blade is dull, the operator will have to push down harder to get more yield, in result it can cause the motor to heat up and risk damage. Proper care of the blade is critical to keep having the best possible juice and maintain the juicer in a desirable condition.
